So it has parking spaces for perfectly normal reasons then. As much as we'd like everything to be more walkable and accessible to public transit, the reality is that some people are going to be driving to the location and will need a place to park. Neglecting parking in planning regulations just forces people to park in neighborhoods and such instead of at the commercial spaces they are visiting.
